David Fair for Midvale City Mayor

Hi, my name is David Fair, and I’m running for Mayor of Midvale. I’ve been proud to call Midvale home for over 36 years. This is where my wife and I raised our family, and where we’ve invested our time, energy, and hearts as active members of the community. Whether through service, supporting neighbors, or working alongside others, we’ve always believed in giving back to the place that has given us so much. Midvale is more than just a city—it’s a community. It’s a great place to live, to raise a family, and to build a future. I’ve watched our city grow and thrive, but I’ve also seen it start to stretch at the seams. The decisions we make today will shape what Midvale looks like 25 years from now. My vision is simple: I want Midvale to remain a close-knit, family-oriented community where people are proud to live, where neighborhoods are safe, and where families can enjoy their lives together. Together, we can make sure Midvale’s best days are still ahead of us.

A little more about me

Hi, I’m David Fair and I am running for Midvale City Mayor.   Let me tell you just little about myself, I married my lovely wife 39 years ago and have lived in Midvale for 36 of those years. We have three beautiful daughters, and six wonderful grandkids.   I served in the Navy for six years on nuclear powered submarines, worked in the environmental safety field and am currently a facilities manager for a large property. Serving is not unusual to me; I have been in many callings in my church and in the community.   Our city has been a great place to raise a family and I want to continue that hometown feeling while still taking care of the growth we need in this great city. Please get out and vote on November 4th.
